Bookings
When booking your rental, you should first send us the dates you wish to reserve you will get a confirmation email stating if the days are available or not.
Your reservation is provisional until the deposit is paid, it will be held for 7 days, if deposit is not paid then you will lose the days you chose and a new booking will be necessary.
The balance outstanding is to be paid within 3 weeks of arriving to the apartment, if your booking is within 1 week of arrival dates then the full price will be paid either within the week or on the first day of arrival.
If for some reason the dates you have selected are not available we will do our best to find alternative dates suited for your rental.
If you cancel within 1 week of your rental, then you will forfeit the deposit and half the rental price paid, otherwise a full refund will be given back.
